With excitement and anticipation, we’re announcing that Dig Insights is realigning its executive leadership to support continued growth and success.
In order to take Dig Insights and Upsiide to newer heights, and to keep paving the way for long-term growth, all Founders are moving into more clearly-defined roles within the company.
Paul Gaudette has been named CEO, and will be responsible for the execution of overall strategy, managing finance, including raising capital, and HR.
Dominic Atkinson and Ian Ash have both assumed the newly created roles of President of Dig Consulting and President of Upsiide, respectively.
In his role as President of Dig Consulting, Atkinson is responsible for growing Dig’s core consulting business in Canada and the US.
As President of Upsiide, Ash is responsible for the continued evolution of Dig’s best-in-class technology platform.
Michael Edwards has been named to the newly created position of Chief Growth Officer. Edwards will be responsible for innovation (including adding new methods to Upsiide), and marketing/communications.
The Founders still comprise Dig’s Board of Directors and will continue to collaborate closely on overall strategy. The organizational changes and realignment of Dig Insights’ executive leadership intend to provide clarity and focus, and complement Dig and Upsiide’s future growth initiatives.
