We are excited to welcome former ASICS executive, Lisa Virgini, to the Dig Insights team as Vice President. Lisa was a Dig Insights client in the past, and she liked the experience so much that she wanted to make it her full-time gig.
Prior to joining Dig Insights, Lisa was the Director of Marketing at ASICS, where she built the marketing practice from the ground up, gaining valuable non-CPG industry experience, as well as digital, social, and e-commerce data analytics capabilities.
Before shifting into client-side insights, Lisa actually started her career on the supplier side of market research, learning the fundamentals, and specializing in ad tracking, brand equity, and innovation forecasting at Ipsos and Nielsen BASES. She later went on to work at Cadbury, and then at Coca-Cola, where she gained experience in not only executing, and using all types of qualitative and quantitative research, but also in putting all of the pieces together to help solve business problems; a practice she has truly become passionate about.
Having held Senior Brand Management roles at Coca-Cola, she was instrumental in the development of brand and portfolio growth strategies, and in the execution of consumer-centric marketing plans, from packaging, and pricing to creative strategy and development, and innovation and commercialization. According to Lisa, this experience enabled her to see the realities of business constraints, the power of cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving, and the importance of compelling, fact-based storytelling.
Inspired by Dig’s work in contextual market research and analysis, and commitment to delivering clear answers to complex business problems, Lisa is thrilled to help craft Dig’s next chapter.
