Q. What was your background before joining Dig Insights?
During my time in university, I discovered my love for diving deeper into questions that had yet to be answered. After completing a Master’s focusing on social research, I was introduced to program evaluation. What really got me hooked was the ability to work with people and organizations and see the evolution of their programs. I’ve been fortunate to see program evaluation have significant impact on programs in Toronto, and I’m excited for that to continue.
Q. How do you think market research will change in the next 3 years?
Data is becoming increasingly valuable and organizations are looking to get the highest quality data to drive new decisions. I believe how we obtain data in the next 3 years will change with technological changes and advances.
Q. If you were not in market research, what work would you want to do?
If not for program evaluation, I’d be out in the mountains as a ski instructor or out in the woods working for an excursion group. I love being outside whether it’s summer or winter and sharing that with people who are like-minded!
