Q: What was your background before joining Dig Insights?

After my studies, I started my career as a freelance web application programmer. I loved how I could work with different people and companies around the globe. The exposure this gave me proved to be an asset for my professional development and work ethic. I’m glad to have started this way as it led me to many great opportunities.

Q: How do you think market research will change in the next 3 years?

From tech perspective, we’re seeing a shift toward automation and artificial intelligence. I believe in the coming years, marketing research will incorporate these disciplines to a much greater degree. The goal is to create applications that seem simple and straightforward to the respondent, but that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

Q: If you were not in market research, what work would you want to do?

I’ve always been crazy for documentaries about amazing stuff on this planet. If not a web programmer, I’d be creating these!
