Q. What was your background before joining Dig Insights?

Prior to joining Dig, I did my undergraduate in Financial Management, and completed my Master’s degree in business Analytics at Ivey Business School. This post-graduate program provided me with the opportunities to learn technical skills from business cases. Through courses and cases, I found my passion for analyzing data and modeling. Then, during my last summer internship, I got a chance to analyze data for a marketing and advertising company, which helped me to better understand market strategy and consumer insights. I believe Dig Insights is a wonderful place to learn and great chance to expose myself to a data-driven world.

Q. How do you think market research will change in the next 3 years?

In the next 3 years, more and more untapped data from both current and previous market research works will be well utilized. With all the resources, market research can be fully automatized and becomes more intelligent.

Q. If you were not in market research, what work would you want to do?

I always wanted to be a contemporary dance choreographer and have my own café when I am too old to dance.
