Q. What was your background before joining Dig Insights?
I’ve been in accounting for 8 years now and the last 5 years was spent working in Accounting and I.T. for the Toronto Lawn Tennis Club.
Q. How do you think market research will change in the next 3 years?
It’s clear even to someone like me who is only beginning to learn about market research that the answer is technology. This change is something Dig is really embracing and the depth of insight that can be gained using a wide variety of new approaches and technologies is pretty astounding.
Q. If you were not in your current role, what work would you want to do?
I spent some time in Gerontology before getting into accounting, so I would probably be working with Cognitively Impaired seniors. Definitely something in social work. I love to help and take care of people.
