Q. What was your background before joining Dig Insights?
Before joining Dig Insights, I have spent my career working in a wide variety of other business sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Corporate Training, Not-for Profit and IT. I also worked at another market research company in Toronto as their CFO for 6 years.
Q. How do you think market research will change in the next 3 years?
I believe market research is in a seismic shift of gathering consumer data. Market research is continuing evolving in its techniques of quickly gathering consumer insights. This is exciting since Dig has already started this trend with our development of our Upsiide app.
Q. If you were not working in this industry or in your current role, what work would you want to do?
Since I am a lifelong Boston Bruins fan, my dream role or job would be the General Manager of the Boston Bruins.
