Q. What was your background before joining Dig Insights?
I’ve worked for a variety of start ups and agencies across southern Ontario. Most recently, I worked at an agency in Newmarket building websites and applications for a variety of clientele including Upper Canada Mall, Market & Co., and Scarborough Town Centre.
Q. How do you think market research will change in the next 3 years?
I believe all industries are seeing an evolution right now through the use of technology and I think it is going to change the way we perform market research. Whether it is through the use of A.I. or better automation practices, we will improve the workflow of market research.
Q. If you were not in market research, what work would you want to do?
I would want to either restore old cars, build my own kit cars, or review exotic cars.
